ABOUT MANI Imani Muhammad is a distinguished permanent makeup artist and educator with over 11 years of experience, specializing in refined, natural brow artistry. Formally trained in esthetics, permanent makeup, tattoo artistry, and client care, she is recognized for her precision, consistency, and elevated standards. Each service is performed with intention, artistry, and respect for the individual—never rushed, never one-size-fits-all. Mani believes true luxury is found in both quality and experience. She values long-term relationships and treats her clients and students like family, creating a calm, trusted environment where care, excellence, and attention to detail come first. CANCELLATION POLICY
This studio operates by appointment only. Kindly review the policies below prior to reserving your time. THE STUDIO EXPERIENCE Each appointment is thoughtfully reserved to provide a personalized, unhurried experience. These policies are in place to protect the time, care, and attention given to every client. APPOINTMENT ADJUSTMENTS Permanent Makeup Services • Adjustments made 72+ hours in advance will be accommodated without fee • Adjustments made within 72 hours are subject to a 50% service charge • All deposits are non-refundable Brow Services (Brow Wax, Luxe Tint, Lamination, and similar services) • Adjustments made 48+ hours in advance will be accommodated without fee • Adjustments made within 48 hours are subject to a 50% service charge TOUCH-UP TIMING • Appointments booked after 12 months will be considered 18-month services • Appointments booked after 18 months will be considered 24-month services ARRIVAL ETIQUETTE To preserve the flow of the day and respect all reserved appointments: Permanent Makeup Services • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be canceled and will incur a 50% charge Brow Services • Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to be canceled and will incur a 50% charge MISSED APPOINTMENTS • Appointments missed without notice will be charged in full • Repeated missed appointments may result in restricted future booking privileges PAYMENTS & STUDIO GUIDELINES • Any outstanding balance must be paid before future appointments may be reserved • To maintain a calm and private environment, children and additional guests are not permitted • Remaining balances are due the day of service via cash or card • Clients planning to use financing options are kindly asked to notify us in advance By confirming your appointment, you acknowledge and accept the policies above.
